Staff are often faced with conflict situations whilst at work, particularly in health and social care. This interactive session looks at previous experiences, supports learners to reflect on them and studies recommended options for effectively and safely resolving conflict, within a range of settings and between people with a range of needs.

  • Positive Behaviour Management – New to Care
    This course is split into two sections, the first part involves group discussion, trainer presentation, interactive discussions and scenarios. Followed by a practical-based element for the second section.
