Emergency First Aid at Work

Full Day Session
Theory & Practical

When someone becomes ill at work it is important to be able to respond quickly and efficiently. This course enables staff to provide emergency first aid within small, low risk work settings. We focus on giving candidates the confidence to deal with common injuries and illnesses. The course content is in line with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) specifications and The Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines.

This is an informative course involving a mix of practical work, videos and discussion. The day includes a 30 minute break and two 15 minute breaks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon).

Trainers assess learners during the day and have the right to not issue a certificate if they feel a learner has not met the level required to be a proficient Emergency First Aider. Paterson Training is a member of the Association of First Aiders.
